With 4 degrees to his credit - B.Com, PGDBM (Syd), LL.B. and A.C.S. – Ambrish has spent the past 25 years transforming businesses in Retailing, FMCG, Telecom, Manufacturing & Consulting Industries. He is known for uncompromising pursuit of excellence, simplified solutions with focus on execution and an eagle eye for the big picture as well as detail.

He has taught short courses on Strategy, Marketing & Retailing at the Cornell University, We School (Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai), Goa Institute of Management. He was also guest faculty with a few Management Schools associated with Mumbai University to deliver lectures on Strategy, Marketing & Retailing.

Ambrish is the driving force of the MasterClassTM Training & Consulting LLP and is the architect of the workshop course on "StrategySimplifiedTM MasterClassTM - How to Make & Execute Your Company’s Strategic Plan.” For the first time in India, delegates at this workshop develop a 2 to 4 PAGE Simplified Strategic Plan & Execution Plan for their companies. He is also the architect of the RetailingSimplifiedTM MasterClassTM & MarketingSimplifiedTM MasterClassTM Workshop Courses.

He was VICE PRESIDENT of ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL LIMITED and a core team member responsible for developing the supermarket & hypermarket format strategies for Aditya Birla Retail Limited’s retail foray under the brand name "MORE". The group is looking to be amongst top three players in the Indian Retail Industry with investment of Rs. 15,000 crore.

Earlier, as a Chief- New Business Development for FUTURE GROUP'S PANTALOON RETAIL INDIA LIMITED he was responsible for strategizing & setting up new business divisions including Food Bazaar, a leading chain of supermarkets. Food Bazaar is over Rs. 1,000 crore business. As a member of the core team, he played a significant role in Pantaloon Retail India Limited’s (a part of ‘Future Group’) phenomenal growth. It is today India’s largest organized sector retailer with sales turnover of over Rs. 9,000 crore.

As a thought leader, he has been interviewed over 50 times by the national press, including Economic Times, Financial Express, Times of India, The Hindu, Deccan Herald, and Indian Express.

He is often invited by several Industry Organizations like CII, FICCI & Maharashtra Chambers of Commerce & Industry to speak at their seminars.

The Government of India, Ministry of Communications, invited him on the advisory board of MTNL, Mumbai, for a term of two years. He was re-nominated for another term of two years on the advisory board of Maharashtra Telecom circle.

He was invited to be a member on the “Task Force for Food Processing & Agriculture” constituted by FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industries).

He was invited by the Western Australian State Government to lead a delegation to Australia on the occasion of launch of ‘Food Export Strategy Report’ highlighting India’s Imported Food Market Opportunities & was a speaker at the seminar chaired by Mr. Kim Chance, Minister for Agriculture, Western Australian State Government.

He is widely traveled internationally and has worked in USA for two years.

Almost always a life of parties, he believes in living life to the fullest. Ambrish’s interests cover: Singing at parties, squash, table tennis, dancing, theater (he has won a couple of best actor awards in inter-collegiate drama competitions during his college days), music concerts, public speaking (he has trained hundreds of students from age 15 to 75 on the art of public speaking), writing, reading, organizing knowledge sharing events for business community, and wildlife excursions.

Ambrish’s role as a leader is to focus on strategy, growth, and the quest to continually improve every aspect of the experience customers have with MASTERCLASSTM. Ninu Goyal

Director




Ninu has spent over a decade as a founder of a 100% export Oriented Unit manufacturing & exporting high quality, high fashion leather garments to stores like Marks and Spencer, Wal-Mart, Debenhams & to labels like C&A, Stone River Classic.

An organizer par excellence, at MasterClassTM, her role is organizing business events, finance & administration.

She is a Bachelor of Commerce. Her creative instinct pursued her to gain Diploma in Computerized Jewelry Designing, Diploma in Diamond Assortment and a Diploma in Fabric Printing and Dyeing covering dyeing procedures and printing techniques like block printing, batik, tie and dye and screen-printing. She has attended workshops in kalamkari, terracota, ceramic painting, and fabric painting.

Creative and artistically inclined, Ninu has sold paintings on unusual medium through art galleries. She also works on social causes for the poor. She is widely travelled across the world.

Pranali Chheda

Director - Training




Pranali Chheda earned her stripes as a qualified 'Master Trainer'. With total experience of about a decade in BPO, Banking, Telecom & Hospitality industries, she has conducted several ‘Train the Trainer’ (TTT) programs for potential trainers. She specializes in creating training Material, presentations and modules for classroom training related to any type of training program.

At MasterClassTM, her role is to help the subject matter expert trainers & consultants create simplified & highly interactive training programs, content & tools using world class training methodologies.

She also conducts training workshops on Soft Skills including; Excellence in Customer Service, Customer Focused Sales, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Assertive Communication, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Global English and Accent Neutralization (For those interacting with international clients), Listening Skills, Corporate Grooming for Men and Women, Email and Telephone Etiquette. She has conducted these training programs & workshops for Wipro BPO-Mumbai, American Express- Canada, Vodafone-New Zealand, JP Morgan Chase-Mumbai, Aranca-Mumbai.

A bachelor in Arts in Economics & Commerce, Pranali has worked at WIPRO BPO, a division of Wipro Ltd., among the top 3 offshore BPO service providers in the world. She started as a customer service representative & went on receiving promotions & numerous awards. She worked her way up as subject matter expert, team leader, customer service and systems trainer & then master trainer overseeing training activities for the American Express team.

During the journey, Pranali completed the ICP – Instructor’s Certification Program by American Express & was invited to American Express’s head office in Canada to complete the Master Trainer Certification. Pranali was recognized as the Youngest Master Trainer and Team Leader of Wipro BPO.

She has also worked in leading positions at First Mobile, Vodafone NZ Ltd, New Zealand. She has also worked in hospitality industry in New Zealand.

Pranali’s larger than life interests cover Adventure Sports – Sky diving, Bungee jumping (she has jumped from world’s highest bungee jumping point- in day & in night!), Water sports, Motorcycle Riding. She loves travelling around the world and meeting people from different cultures; she has travelled to Canada, UK, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and extensively around India and New Zealand so far.

Pranali also has a degree in Classical Dance from the famous Nalanda Dance Research Center, affiliated to the University of Mumbai in the Faculty of Fine Arts. She is also an avid singer & loves Indian Classical Music & Ghazals. A movie aficionado, Pranali has a collection of 750 movies. She also enjoys keeping in touch with the latest technology & gadgets.

Pierre Lacquiere




With over 30 years of work experience, Pierre Lacquiere has had the opportunity to work with many companies in various functions across several sectors.

From managing production, administration, HR, operations, marketing, sales, advertising and franchising he has been responsible for the growth of several companies in different sectors.

During his career he has been associated with the following leading organizations... Godfrey Phillips (I) Ltd, Joy Ice Creams, Monginis Foods Ltd, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, General Motors, Honda Motors and Manas Resorts.

His experience spans across various sectors and a vast product range from metal printing, manufacturing of metal caps & containers, cigarettes, ice creams, frozen foods, cakes, chocolates, confectionery, automobiles, resorts, publications, furniture, interiors, travel and tourism, education, jewellery and packaged drinking water.

His qualifications include B.Sc. from Bombay University and a Masters in Business Administration.

His achievements include setting up several industries in India and overseas.

He has been responsible for improving the growth of several companies and also turning around many firms who were floundering. He has received several accolades and awards for ‘Best Trainer’, ‘Implementation of Automation’, ‘Increase in Productivity’, ‘Best Speaker’, ‘Business Development’ and ‘Sales Excellence’

He is a guest lecturer at the Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science at Mumbai

On the personal front, he represented school and college in various activities and won awards for Debates, Elocution, Essay Writing, Athletics and Sports

He represented Maharashtra State in 1982 and won a Silver Medal in Pistol Shooting at the National Shooting Championship Games, held at Ahmedabad

He continues in his endeavour to contribute to the growth of organizations and their people

Ajay Jain

With 38 years of wide experience in Printing, Real Estate, Barter, Net working, Concept Marketing, Training and development, he brings on table Simple, Innovative, Practical solution for various challenges of business and life.

He has initiated a social project Buddyandme 1+1=11(Help and get helped) - A worldwide movement to eradicate Selfishness, Loneliness and Stress from people’s life by developing an attitude and platform of contribution instead of competition.

He has conducted more than 500 programmes (English, Hindi, Guajrati) i.e. Leadership, Team Building, Mind Mapping, Negotiation, Goal Setting, Human Relations, Grow your Business, Innovation and Negotiation etc. of more than 650 days and trained more than 5000 participants and 150 Trainers. Some of the organizations are Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Junior Chamber International, Rotary International, Jain International Trade Organisation, Bombay Management Association, Accommodation Time Institute of Real Estate Management, Garware Polyster, Samrudh Bharat, Kawachi Group, Bhartiya Jain Mahamandal, LIC, Gujrati Digamber Jain Samaj, Stann knowledge Campus and many others. Currently he is the CEO of Jain International Trade Organisation (Jito) a premium organisation created to unite and uplift the community having more than 2000 high profile Businessman, Industrialist and Professionals and 33 chapters across the country.

Pioneered an innovative concept of multi corner “Barter Exchange” and did business with more than 600 corporates on pan India basis across 40 cities of India through franchising network of 22 people. In 4 years the Equitable Exchange Bank recorded an impressive turnover of Rs. 100 crores.
